Problem
Urban Customz offered multiple product categories and customization services, but the platform lacked structured segmentation and scalable interaction logic. High product variation, layered configuration options, and mixed purchase intents created friction across discovery and conversion flows.
Solution
We redesigned the platform as a modular commerce system structured across four core layers: entry, discovery, selection, and configuration. The new architecture introduces adaptive product flows that scale from direct purchase to guided customization while maintaining visual consistency and conversion clarity across desktop and mobile.
